The Principle Group is a full service company specializing in all aspects of the commercial real estate market.  Founded by Mitchell R. Fannon in 2002 after several years of experience in the commercial real estate field The Principle Group was designed to provide long term relationships between investors and tenants through means of developments, acquisitions and full service property management.  Our growth over the past years has been substantial and we now own/manage properties throughout the entire state of Michigan.

Management

The Principle Group controls and manages all types of commercial properties and residential subdivisions.  The managment service not only includes the day to day handling of operations but we have a full service general contracting division that can complete projects from small renovations to full ground up build to suit properties.
