Assisting financial institutions and court ordered receivers in managing customers’ properties in default is our specialty. We know that lenders prefer not to write down or liquidate assets in a competitive commercial property market resulting in a further reduction in capital. Whether the distressed properties are fully leased or in need of tenants, we will manage the lenders’ properties until the property can be liquidated. Principle Group Property Management will maintain the property, seek and obtain tenants, collect rents, and market the sale when the time is right for the lender.
